- Refund Policy
- Cancellation Prior to Delivery
For orders over the internet or by phone you can cancel your order for any reason and get a full refund at any time before you receive the Goods, or the end of 7 working days after the day you receive the Goods. A working day is any day other than weekends and public holidays.

If you have already received the Goods:
Please include a brief letter explaining why you are returning the item(s). Please also include your CUSTOMER NO. NAME and ADDRESS with your return. Your CUSTOMER NO. This can be found at the top of the invoice you received with your order, please also include a contact TELEPHONE NUMBER and if possible a contact EMAIL ADDRESS. You can only exercise this right to cancel your order if the Goods are still in a re-saleable condition and you have retained the original packaging.
(ii) You must return the Goods to us at your own cost and risk to the address listed above. (Unless we are at fault, in which case we will arrange collection). We recommend you use an insured carrier such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and that you obtain and retain a proof of posting certificate.
(iii) You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the Goods, which means the goods must be unused and Not damaged.
(iv) If you do not return the Goods as required, we may charge you for the costs of recovering them ourselves.
Refunds will be made by the same method used for the purchase. Cheque refunds will be issued within 7 working days of receipt of returned items. Credit Card refunds will be issued within 5 working days of receipt of returned items.
Overseas Customers
All orders are charged in pounds sterling. If you use a credit/debit card registered overseas, the total will be determined by the card issuer, based on the exchange rate at the time your card is charged. Please be aware that your card issuer may charge a fee for currency conversion - if you are unsure, please contact them before placing your order.
VAT Orders within the European Union (EU)
For goods sent to addresses with the EU, VAT is included in all prices quoted. For goods sent to the Channel Islands, VAT will be deducted from the quoted prices.
Orders outside the EU
Although goods sent to addresses outside the EU are not subject to VAT, Sun & Health customers pay the same prices across the world as this helps us to cover some of the additional costs of providing a service to international customers. - Delivery
- Standard Delivery
We aim to dispatch your order sameday for orders before 1.00p.m and next working day for orders after 1.00p.m, so normally you can expect delivery within 2-3 working days - if you live overseas this may take longer.
Post & Packing charges
UK - First Class FREE UK - Special Delivery £3.50 Europe £5.50 Rest of World £7.50 We will only charge you postage once per order, no matter how many parcels we send you. We will send your order by First Class Royal Mail and it will generally be delivered with your normal post. Please let us know if you would like your order sent to an alternative delivery address.
Overnight delivery
For an additional £3.50 we can send your order by Special Delivery which is guaranteed to get to you the next working day (subject to stock availability). These orders must be placed by telephone before 1pm, Monday-Friday, to guarantee next working day delivery. Important note: Royal Mail requires a signature for Special Delivery packages, so someone needs to be available to sign for the package at the delivery address.
Customs & Import duties
If you live outside the EU, please be aware that local customs or import duties may be charged when your parcel reaches your country. We have no control over these charges, so unfortunately cannot predict what they will be. - Terms and Conditions
- The contract for sale of goods between Sun & Health International Ltd and yourself will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of England, and both you and Sun & Health International Ltd irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
